Brett Cotham, DDS
Dr. Brett Cotham enjoys working with patients at both of his offices, 32nd Street Dental in Joplin, Mo and All About Smiles in Rogers, Arkansas. Dr. Cotham attended the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he studied both biology and chemistry. He followed his undergraduate studies with the pursuit of a graduate degree at University of Missouri, Kansas City. As a student in the Oral Surgery Honors Program, he earned a Doctorate Degree in Dental Studies, graduating with honors in 2012.
After practicing for five years, in 2017, Dr. Cotham started Cotham Dental Group which includes 32nd Street Dental. He specializes in cosmetic surgery, as well as routine dental procedures. He especially enjoys the technical aspects of dental surgery and the unique challenge of creating a beautiful smile for his patients.

In addition to his great passion for dentistry, Dr. Cotham is an avid golfer and reader and he loves to travel every chance he gets.
James M. Lewis, D.D.S.
Dr. Lewis’s 39 years of experience has taught him that state-of-the-art technology and continuing education should be the foundation of any successful dental practice. In fact, in July of 2016, Dr. Lewis will be celebrating 40 years in service.
His extensive education includes graduation from Wentworth Military Academy, receiving his Bachelor of Science in pre-med at the University of Arkansas and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri, Kansas City, MO.
Dr. Lewis’s postgraduate studies include over 3,000 hours of study in dental-facial orthopedics and TMJ dysfunction. He is a graduate of the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Dental Studies (LVI), a leader in cosmetic dentistry techniques and smile design. His studies there focused on neuromuscular dentistry, reconstruction and advanced cosmetics.
In his personal life, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with his wife, Eliana, and sons Garret, age 15 and Austin, age 30, who is a graduate of University of Missouri Columbia. Dr. Lewis’s hobbies include fishing in Montana, and he is an avid tennis player.
